Homeschool graduation announcements and invitations

Tell family and friends: a 5 by 7 card with the name of the graduate, Class of, and a senior picture if you like. Switch to an invitation to add the ceremony, the reception and an RSVP. It prints two to a letter sheet, ready to cut.

Card stock, at 100% scale. Cut on the dashed lines; it fits an A7 (5.25 by 7.25) envelope.

When to send them

Invitations usually go out four to six weeks before the ceremony, and announcements in the weeks around graduation. A homeschool ceremony can be anything: a co-op commencement, a church service, or a party in the backyard.

Make the diploma to match, in the same colors.

Announcement questions

What is the difference between an announcement and an invitation?

An announcement shares the news. An invitation asks people to come to a ceremony or party, so it carries the date, time, place and an RSVP.

How do I print several?

Each sheet prints two cards. Set the number of copies in your print dialog: ten sheets make twenty cards.
