Computer science: robotics
Robot or not? Meet the robots
Sort real robots from ordinary machines, find out the jobs robots do, from cleaning floors to driving on Mars, then design your own robot on a pixel grid and team up with a friend to make it better. Ages 5 to 7 or kindergarten to grade 1.
Read this kit aloud together. It is written for a grown-up to read to a child of 5 or 6, one short step at a time.
